This Motta leveler has 3 angled slopes that consistently, efficiently and evenly glides the coffee around in a circle to create a puck of even density as well as a leveled surface completely ready for tamping, ensuring a well-prepared and tastier cup of coffee. Allows obtaining a coffee panel with a homogeneous density, minimizing channeling situations and increasing coffee extraction, ensuring greater consistency in the amount of espresso served.
